Switching
Dear LJ Friends,

I am no longer posting entries here. You can find me at www.GropenAssoc.com . My new blog is here.

And, by the way, I do most of my talking on either the Yahoo self-publishing group, on Pub-Forum, or in the Reference Desk section of my site. (The latter also includes a 25+ page directory of web sites useful to publishers and reviews of books on publishing.

Do please visit my new blog regularly, or even subscribe with RSS. I suspect I'll be posting much more frequently now!

Oh, and 2 more things:
--I will be looking for questions to answer in the new blog, and
--A publisher is asking me to write a book for those founding a new micro-publisher or starting as self-publishers. It is intended to give them a look at the hidden realities of the industry. Any topics you would like to see?

Thanks LJ, and to my flist. It's been fun and very educational.

That's too bad. I hate reading blogs elsewhere, it's such a bother to have to enter text to verify that I'm not a bot. etc.

I am always sad when people choose to leave LJ. I'll try to remember you, see ya.

Thanks for the sentiment. I understand what you're saying. Perhaps I should try to post the entries in both places.

Then again, I'm a little over-booked lately. (That's a bit of a pun, since I currently have **2** books in progress, in addition to my real work. And, as you already know, I'm not much of a writer!)

Well - I do know how it is. But my 23 cents on that (2 cents ain't worth much any more...) is that when I have to RSS anyone's feed because they have a 'real' blog elsewhere? It's a bother.

Being organic to LJ gives me easy access to comment...etc.

But ppl do move on. Keep us posted. Cheers. BTW I am also overbooked... my work is intense sometimes I know how it is... so good luck!
